Cisco Unified Attendant Console

CISCOCisco has a range of attendant Consoles to suit varying needs.  These are supplied under an OEM agreement with Arc Solutions.  These products are purchased from the Cisco price list.  Voitec is able to provide a range of services to help System Integrators install and support these products.

Cisco Unified Department Attendant Console – Is a ‘Team Answer’ option for CUCM, it is limited to a single Queue, has a simplified GUI and can scale to 10 seats.

Cisco Unified Business Attendant Console – This is the mid-market offering for CUCM with less than 500 users.  It allows for up 6 operators and 3 Queues.  It has enhanced telephony features and will pull its directory from CUCM.

Cisco Unified Enterprise Attendant Console – Is the larger capacity offering for CUCM with greater than 500 users.  It scales up to 25 operators and 50 queues.  It has enhanced telephony features and will pull its directory from CUCM.
